Wm. C. Pogue, of Cumberland County, Tennessee is among old Montgomery County friends this week. Mr. Pogue removed from Walnut Township this county to Tallahassee, Fla some 7 years since, and from there to his present home 16 months ago, and expresses himself as well pleased with the change. He is at present engaged in a very commendable enterprise, the founding of a Normal School in that mountainous section of Tennessee. An institution much needed there. - typed by kbz
